Strategic Coaching

This coaching helps you develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve your business goals. Some of the elements of strategic coaching include:

1. Understanding the target market and competitive landscape

2. Defining the unique value proposition and positioning of the business

3.Setting business goals and objectives that align with the overall strategy

4. Developing a plan of action to implement the strategy

5. Monitoring and adapting the strategy as required in order to meet the business objectives

Business Coaching

Business Coaching helps you clarify your vision and objectives. Together we create the action plan to achieve your goals. This can include an analysis of the business financials and performance. Some of the elements of business coaching are:

1. Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the client and the business

2. Setting goals and objectives, including clearly defined actionable plans to achieve the goals and objectives

3. Providing guidance and support, including ideas breainstorming, providing feedback and guidance and ensuring adequate levels of passion and motivation

4. Accountability and follow-up including setting benchmarks and deadlines to measure progress towards the defined goals, and following up regularly to ensure progress

5. Developing new skills and knowledge as well as general and specific cababilities to achieve the desired success

Leadership coaching

This coaching improves your leadership capabilities, including communication, delegation and decision making skills. If your business requires people, then an efficient and effective high performance team is mandatory for success.

I offer leadership coaching for those that want to become better leaders of executives that want to perfom at a higher level.

1. Developing self-awareness, which involves understanding your own strengths and weaknesses as a leader, as well as the impact of your behavior on others.

2. Defining leadership style, which can involve identifying your core values and beliefs, as well as their preferred communication and decision-making styles.

3. Developing a high performance team which includes defining what you want to achieve, and then designing a team structure and culture to realise that vision.

4. Providing feedback and guidance which may involve offering advice on specific leadership strategies, providing feedback on your performance as a leader, or acting as a sounding board for ideas.

5. Building relationships and networks is essential for success as a leader. This may include developing strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other leaders in the organisation, as well as networking and building connections outside the organisation.

Mindset Coaching

All success is created first in the mind. Similarly all obstacles are mental, and so are all their solutions. Through unlocking the potential of the mind, extraordinary achievements occur.

1. Identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs. There are usually many negative beliefs or self-defeating thoughts that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. We work together to remove these self-limiting beliefs.

2. Building resilience and positivity. We help you develop resilience and a positive outlook, enabling you to cope with challenges and setbacks and stay focused on achieving your goals.

3. Overcoming emotional barriers. We help you overcome emotional barriers that may be preventing you from achieving their goals. This may include exploring past experiences or traumas that may be impacting your current mindset, and overcoming these issues.

Mentoring

Mentoring is different from coaching, it is more about imparting knowledge and sowing the way. Sometimes, clients need mentoring as it can short-cut some of the journey to success.

1. Sharing knowledge and experience, we use our expertise and experience to priovide you with the guidance and support you need.

2. Providing feedback. We provide you feedback on your progress, performance, and areas for improvement, helping you to identify your strengths and weaknesses and to develop your skills.

3. Offering advice and guidance on a range of issues, such as business growth and development, work-related challenges, and personal growth.

4. Developing a relationship of trust: Mentoring involves developing a relationship of trust between the mentor and the mentee, which often involves regular communication and a willingness to listen and support each other.

5. Creating opportunities for growth. We identify opportunities for growth and development, and offer support and encouragement to help you achieve your goals. This may involve introducing

No. Our coaching services are entirely 1 to 1 and you receive individual attention directly from the coach. 

We like to offer the client a choice based on their preference. You can choose to be coached in person, or online or voa the phone. You can even choose a combination of these.

We offer a very simple monthly price for the coaching services. There is a fixed fee monthly invoice for the service. The price will be agreed upon before we engage in the service.

Absolutely not. Our coaching agreement is a month to month agreement and you can choose to complete the engagement at any time. We do not lock our clients into long payment plans or contracts.

In coaching there can be no guarantee. Success will come from the thorough and diligent application of the learnings of coaching into your business. Our promise to you is that we will do everything in our power to help you achieve your business and other objectives.

Coaching has a very high Return On Investment (ROI). Studies have shown that coaching results in a 500% to 800% ROI – that is, for every $1000 spent on coaching, the return on this investment is expected to be $5000 to $8000.

The first session, called the Discovery session, is completely free of cost and obigation. This session gives both of us the opportunity to decide if we are a good fit to work together. A large part of success is the rapport and relationship between the coach and the client. We must establish trust and a common working philosophy, and if this is not possible, we must not work together. 

I am very selective of the number and type of clients I work with. Presently, I keep between 12 and 15 ongoing monthly client engagements.
